AAC is the acronym for Autoclaved Aerated Concrete. They are formed from common resources like sand, lime, cement and water, along with a slight expansion of rising agent. The characteristics of great load-support, light in weight, high on insulation, make them a strong component in building merchandise which is manufactured in various sizes and strengths. The Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) material was developed in 1923 by Johan Axel Eriksson a Swedish inventor and has since become an extensively used building material in the world.

About The Company

Venturing into the forte of building blocks and setting up a business enterprise started way back in 1993 when Sri G. Ramaiah founded Maxlite. The company was expanded exponentially with Sri R. Darshan coming on board. The eager entrepreneurs initiated with the manufacturing of Red Clay Bricks and forayed into several genres of construction materials. Manufacturing of red clay bricks led to depletion of the fertile top layer of the soil and in the process causing harm to the environment. To triumph over this impairment, Sri G Ramaiah and Sri R. Darshan researched and came up with the innovative idea of using Fly ash, an industrial pollutant in a constructive way to manufacture AAC blocks. Together the father and son duo worked wonders by bringing in the fabrication of the environment-friendly AAC blocks that led to a greener revolution in the construction world. The use of Fly ash in AAC blocks initiated a carbon negative progression, resulting in acquiring Carbon Credit points to the company. The Maxlite plant, a pioneering setup in developing AAC blocks situated in Bangalore, Karnataka renders support to numerous construction projects of various magnitudes with its production capacity of 500cum per day.

Low Cost & Lightweight:

 

It has come about as an economical environ—friendly substitution for red clay bricks for constructing edifies because of its exceptional qualities of high load-bearing capacity and lightweight mass. AAC blocks have a distinct porous structure, and insulation property, when compared to other lightweight concrete materials. Acoustic Insulation:

MaxLite is the only one in the industry also providing the unloading of blocks. Quicker deliver is what we guarantee because of the location of our unit. Unloading the blocks from our end also makes sure our customers need not worry about the unloading of the blocks once they reach them.
